A long time coming, recent events in world views has hastened this transition, and sexist males must adapt or find themselves in the unemployment line, or worse yet: in court. With feminine cunning entrenched in their brains, business owners are seeing results as the baby builder crowd takes over. Sitting in positions of authority, such as judges, the females can bring a new viewpoint into decisions. But don’t let their softness fool you. Many a man has been incarcerated with Ken-doll gavels slamming the podium when the truth of blatant male misbehavior has been proven. The long-haired labor leaders have also brought in a fairness in promoting people up the corruption… err, corporate ladder. Physical attributes are no longer a commanding policy maker. Matriarchal management levels out the playing field. Cleavage proportions hold no trump cards in that arena. Ability accelerates past attractiveness.
