A vast amount of the 550 gigatons of life that exist on earth needs some oxygen for cellular functions to perform smoothly. Most plants need CO2 gas as a catalyst in the photosynthesis process, which replaces oxygen back into the atmosphere that critters need to have. Trees take in CO2 and exhale O2. Complex life takes in O2 and exhales CO2. Sounds like a good symbiotic relationship. However, due to global warming, forests are burning like hell. This creates a double whammy as a burning tree consumes all the oxygen it ever produced in its entire life. With all the fires all over the world, the fear is that humans are going to suffocate from lack of oxygen. The Earth could only hope. What people don’t know is that the 3 trillion trees are only responsible for 1/3 of the total production of oxygen, the rest comes from oceans of algae and plants, including weeds. Here is another symbiotic relationship. The plants require fertilizers, and as humans digest plants, they produce fertilizers (shit). Our sewage treatment plants discharge the effluent into waterways so as to create hugh algae blooms that refill our atmosphere. No issues here. Trees are needed for shade. If you look back at any place with human civilization, you will notice that violence escalates when the trees are cut down and turned into human architecture or fuel. Examples are Ireland, the Middle East, and Easter Island. Because there is no escape from the brain heating sun, people start killing each other. Dead people stop crapping and oxygen producing weeds don’t grow. People need to start living in rock caves and love thy neighbors. Rather than kill them, offer them some dandelion pie as a token of peace. As they consume the pie, they will prevent the rotting weeds from consuming oxygen and other plants will be rewarded with a nice, brown pile of fertilizer on its way to some reservoir so as to fecondate oxygen producing plants. Human shit indirectly supplies the lungs with life.
