TP. 57  WEST COAST REPERCUSSIONS

Along the entire West Coast of the United States, there has been a dramatic change in the quality of life down the entire 1293 miles of coastline in the last 3 decades. Cities like Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego have experienced large increases in homeless populations that are not evident in other parts of the country, and urban anthropologists want to know why. Some cities sit right on the Pacific Ocean, and others are inland by a substantial distance, especially Seattle. That greater metropolitan area of over 4 million sits 96 miles away from the Pacific on Puget Sound and is accessible to the west by the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Portland, too, is 80 miles inland, yet it suffers from out of control homeless zombies, while San Fran, L.A., and San Diego are adjacent to the same Pacific Ocean. So what is causing this deterioration? One only needs to look at the prevailing winds that blow over these large population centers, and the answer is quite obvious. Out in the Pacific Ocean is the Great Pacific Garbage Patch (GPGP) that encompasses an area twice the size of Texas, east of Hawaii. The wind blowing over this garbage heap is blowing toxins into the lungs of US citizens in these areas and turning them into human garbage. What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, as the Pacific Ocean doesn’t really like being turned into a floating shit hole. So it retaliated. With mountains of toxic plastic fucking up the marine life, it was only fair to cause a breed of human garbage walking around these cities with needles in their arms, committing crimes, and defecating in the city streets. As the real estate values plummet and tourism disappears, the almighty human feels his dollars (the barometer for measuring how great he is) disappear. The whales off the coast of these 5 cities are blowing out laughter as they see how human recklessness is causing their ultimate and deserving demise.

  1. Dan’s theory that the Great Pacific Garbage Patch is turning people into “homeless zombies” is like claiming that crop circles are just messages from alien cows inviting us to their interstellar hoedown. It’s a cosmic conspiracy theory that’s as believable as a unicorn riding a skateboard down the Hollywood Walk of Fame. So, maybe it’s time we ask those seagulls for their opinions on city planning – after all, they’ve been flocking around these problems for ages! 🌌🐄🦄😂
