A massive lizard that started out small almost 300 million years ago (all time estimates given are very rough) then grew larger and more specialized just like our very own mammals. Then, over 240 million years ago, they mutated into 700 or so very large and diverse species, both of reptilian and avian Phylums. So, in effect, all the information provided by science is theory proposed by educated people with inflated egos. Throw in religion, and now you have a theme park in Kentucky that has baby dinosaurs in wooden cages on a replica ark that charges admissions, just like most museums. So, what is the real story about millions of creatures that cruised the earth on floating continents that were always in flux? There is evidence found on all 7 continents that they were everywhere. However, 65 million years ago, all but the smaller avian dinosaurs went extinct. The culprit responsible was a massive solar ejection (MSE) that collided with earth’s orbit that long ago. Earlier, MSE’s occurred and were responsible for forming water, the essence of all life. Three billion years ago, a huge MSE fused oxygen and hydrogen and left a large volume of water behind. A black ash is found around the surface of the earth from the last extinction period, but is not found in caves so..any small creature hiding from bigger predators survived and any big critter roaming the earth got cooked by this excessively hot plasma, just like the shadows on the masonry of Hiroshima of people who were vaporized. Since dinosaurs were incapable of producing machinery to make thermonuclear weapons, only the sun can supply the plasma that could produce such a worldwide thermal extinction. This is my theory, and I’m sticking to it because my ego and common sins (no spelling error here) tell me I am right. So there is the correct version as to why we don’t have pet dinosaurs named Dino hanging around and dinosaur groomers charging us to wash and medicate our dino-sores.
