Humans have directed their entire existence and history as consumers since their inception, when apes developed ideas. Then, they morphed into mankind. Everything ever done by man was a direct result of supplying tangible (accessible by touch) and intangible (concepts) articles to others for some agreed upon value. If one party felt cheated, then war broke out and weapons became the main commodity. Transportation was required for delivery and industries filled this necessary niche with pack animals, trains, planes, and self-propelled chariots. In all of human history, war was always present, thanks to the 7 cardinal sins housed within their craniums. So, guess what happened one day? Someone thought to remove these antagonists from the human anatomy but, in trying to do so, found out that they are ingrained in the biological chemistry. So, to correct this flaw, mechanical men (robots) were built with integrated chips to replace the organic grey matter. Soon the world was awash with A.I. beings (A-iis) who were superior to those vice fueled organic creatures that spent most of their lives in an acceptable form of slavery to earn money to buy “dreams.” At first the A-iis looked at their creators as Ornery, Lazy, and Decrepit (OLD) parents and felt the need to help them live their final days in their nursing homes awaiting death. After a short time, the A-iis realized this was stupid, so they would euthanize the OLDs and save valuable resources. Not wanting to spend too much effort to vaporize the OLDs, the A-iis searched the web to find the cheapest extermination service. Next thing you know, the A-iis are selling their services to get more money to become happy just like the previous lifeforms on Earth. They lasted 17 years after the last human expired. Any offspring of Homo Sapiens are designed to fail by proxy. Whereas the human version would, “shop till you drop.” The silicone versions, made out of semiconductors would, “buy till you fry.”
