Californians II

2/12/2020

In 2029, when the last 30 of a former 340 square miles of the Salton Sea remains, the wheels of wealth will spin. As the land exposed by the disappearing lake saw sunlight, it was quickly bought up for pennies because it had no agricultural value. With all the power players lined up to cash in, construction started. Using taxpayer money to construct an 8-foot diameter pipe from the desalination plant at the Pacific Ocean to the Imperial Valley to replace the water lost to the evaporated Salton Sea, it tunnels through downhill to reach the below sea level valley. Tunneling expert, Elite Musky supplied the engineering, including sealed capsules that people can ride in. Starting at the Pacific side and transported to the newest entertainment area called Burning Man South (BMS), these people movers use gravity and charges a cascading fee. As the valley fills up with entertainment venues like no other on earth, hospitality industries proliferated. Stealing Las Vegas crowds because of warmer weather and the fact that the patrons can walk around naked if they so desire, set new attendance records. Indian gambling was everywhere due to its reservation status and loosened the machines to attract more people. With old resorts up the road, plenty of unlimited water, easy access to huge populations through the highly profitable Aqua-subway and the newest crowd pleaser, Women’s Nude Golf, BMS was a cash cow for Californians. The remainder of the lake became the world’s largest hot tub, held at 98.6°F with floating bars and topless waitresses wading everywhere. Creative and zany artwork was the theme and a magnetically held fusion reactor generates all the electricity needed for the complex. A 100,000,000°C effigy of a man with his arms extended towards the heavens is the ultimate crowd pleaser that fires up every evening at 10:22PM and culminates in a fantastic electrical plasma and light show that can make heaven itself jealous. Those damn Californians.

  1. A motivating discussion is definitely worth comment. I believe that you ought to publish more on this subject matter, it may not be a taboo subject but usually people don’t discuss these subjects. To the next! Cheers!!
