When protests are amped up by hired perpetrators that have political monetary backing, things can get out of control quickly. Cash payments to these instigators ensure an untraceable trail so as not to lead back to the guilty parties that are creating these civil unrests. Without any payroll to determine the wages of these agitators who incite ordinary people into a riotous frenzy, investigations fall flat. Perhaps, it is not a political movement that is behind these tactics, but rather the business owners themselves who are behind the efforts to have their own stores looted in order to file substantial insurance claims. Slumping sales and shoplifting in depressed economies tend to put retail stores in the bright red. When a store is TARGETed by protestors turned looters, it appears to be preplanned. The anger of the crowd is directed at the guilty party that created this protest in
the first place. This creates a diversionary tactic that gives opportunity for the sticky finger gang (looters). As the leaders get the ball rolling by removing products off the shelves and out the door, poor, angry locals jump in. The incident is filmed so as to provide proof in one area of the store while the stock has been previously removed to show missing merchandise on the insurance claim. What better way to boost revenue in depressed times? It also generates remodeling money. The 6 figure, golf swinging, insurance executives like to kick back a few bucks to its high-end customers to show their appreciation. They also give the working grunt a small chicken bone to chew on. OR MAYBE, a local Alzheimer’s facility in the area let its patients out to go shopping for essentials. Wearing masks to protect themselves from the virus, they loaded up on big screen TV’s, tennis shoes, and video games in their shopping carts and exited the store without paying. They forgot. They are, after all, Alzheimer’s patients and are in a hurry to return to the safety of their nursing homes.
